Board Update - April 2025
🎊April was full of events, holidays, and of course, our LUSTRUM WEEK!!! 🎊
Board Info Drinks 🍺
We had a casual drink at OSB where Board and Adbo had a chat with people considering Link Board. Unfortunately, not many of you were there but we're hoping to still get some applications and, of course, our dms are open for any questions if you can't make it to our next info event on May 7th, 19:00 at Reitse Toren. Still in doubt? We're happy to talk out your options if you wanna understand it a bit better.
LUSTRUM WEEK!!!! 🤯
We had a Crazy (88) Lustrum week (props to Lustrum Co for chugging a whole week of activities), and speaking of Crazy 88 - it got moved to Saturday, May 17th by popular demand! We hope to see you there! We had event after event, and every single one was a load of joy - not to mention we got to see our alumni friends :D The Gala, to top the week off, was amazing and we had a lot of fun seeing so many people stay all the way until the last song of the night <3
Spawnpoint Events 🛋
We had Spawnpoint Strivers and Movie Night this month, so SP Co has been going hard! The Open Guilty Gear Tournament was a lot of fun as usual, shout out to our top 3 winners, Daniel, T, and Sunny! The Animalistic Movie Night was fur-raising, to say the least - the movies being Porco Rosso and Puss in Boots - The Last Wish, and both are certainly a wild ride in their own respect :3
Trip Time!! ✈
Not only did TripCo organize an amazing trip to Prague (good job on getting home safe, everyone! <3), with various activities for everyone to enjoy, they also organized a fun trip for all of us here at home - anyone who wants to break free, so to say. An escape room! It was great fun, and a great month from TripCo
Arts and Crafts 🎨
We had not one but two! artsy events, with the Mini Painting Event giving you the opportunity to have your creativity in Link DnD (thanks Tabletop Co - we can now see our minis in future games!), and the Creative Crafts Day by our amazing EventCo giving you the freedom to sit in a room full of talented Linkies and be as wild as you'd like! With clay, paints, and beads, they've got you covered on all sorts of childlike joy and wonder :D
Looking Forward ⏭
Lustrum Week was fun, but we've still got a Karaoke night and a Crazy 88 to go, so don't stop the party train just yet! Plus, we have the One Shot Night from Tabletop Co, and maybe more? :3 Keep an eye out! Don't forget, we now have our Charity Stream to look forward to as well, so if you're looking to stream - what are you waiting for? Sign up already! And if you're not - go watch us and don't forget to donate! Board will have some fun goals to keep you all on your toes :3
Additionally, we of course have the Board Info Evening, as I mentioned earlier. We as Board, and I personally, would really love to see some attendance, and who knows? Maybe you'll get to look around and meet your future fellow Boardies at this event! Again, it's really important that we get applications, now is the time to choose.
