Board update March:
Hello to everyone who makes Link the amazing association and community it is! March has come and gone and with it, all of the fun activities we’ve shared together - but don’t worry, there’s always more! 😘
🥂 First Tuesday Of The Month (FTOTM) 🍻
As we do every month, we came together and celebrated the first Tuesday of the month. This time, we did so in O’Cafe, and had plenty of fun with everyone there! We know attendance wasn’t the biggest due to exams coming up, but we’re glad everyone had a chance to have a small break with us and we hope you enjoyed yourselves as well 😊 With exams now being close to over we hope all the studying paid off and we can celebrate together during this Lustrum week!
♟️ Board Game Night 🎲
Just a few days after the FTOTM we came together once again, this time not to share a drink but to play some very cool boardgames together (as always, it was a great time and very chill)! There was a small scare from security but after Nisa’s capable communication it all turned out fine and we could enjoy each other and the amazing games that were played 😮💨
📚 The Missing Link 🔗
We as Board want to apologize again. We tried our hardest together with Academic co to make the event as big of a success as it was in previous years. From our partner, Studium Generale, we heard that we didn’t gather enough interest in the event as we would have liked, which we acknowledged, and therefore decided to cancel it for this year. We’re extremely sorry, and are looking forward to see what the next board and Academic co will bring next year!
🎲 Link DnD + Oneshot Night 🧙
Next to our regular biweekly tables hosted by the much loved (and sometimes feared) dungeon masters we also had a One Shot Night by Tabletop Co 🥳! This gave everyone interested an opportunity to run a table in a setting or game system which they would like. Tabletop Co made sure that this event would be a hit through their own efforts and of course also thanks to all of you who showed up, and we hope you had as much fun as we did!
🎊 Spring break party 🌸
Event co could not go unheard during March as they planned and hosted one of the biggest yearly parties: the Spring Break Party, where we (for the third year in a row now), come together in Carpe Noctum (ESN) to celebrate the start of Spring. A lot of you showed up early to enjoy the first 250 eu of free drinks and we noticed because we flew through that money 🤣 There were some amazing dance moves being executed and overall a great vibe 💃 We were thankful for everyone there and we were able to share such a night of festivities with all of you!
👀 What’s happening in April: ➡️
We are now in our Lustrum week and there are a lot of fun activities in store for us with the biggest party of this year coming up: The Lustrum Gala 🪩! The yearly Link trip will also be in April and we just know it will be an amazing time in Prague ✈️
Besides that we want inform all of you again we’re still looking for new Board members❗️❗️If you want to have a chat about it please reach out to one of us and we will gladly share as much info with you the best we can!
