We organise a lot of casual gaming events. These are for everyone to join, not just for members who are part of one of the competitive teams.
Some examples of the events we actively organise: regular MarioKart and Hearthstone tournaments (at University), Dungeons and Dragons (and Pathfinder) one-shots, several different workshops, and way more. A lot of these events are also initiated by our members themselves, so feel free to organise whatever you want!
Aside from events, we also game online a lot. We have Whatsapp-chats for many casual games, where you can hit up some people to play together.

We have many competitive teams that train on a weekly basis, dedicated to improving their skills. With teams in different games and different skill levels, there is always a team for you. Our teams participate in tournaments, competitions and LANs all over the Netherlands.
We currently have teams in League of Legends, DOTA 2, CS:GO, and Heroes of The Storm. With enough players, multiple teams are made for each of those games. Important to note is that this list is not set! If enough people are interested in setting up a team for another competitive game, tryouts will be held and a team will be assembled.
We know your struggle
Your studies are (nearly) complete! What's going to be your next step? You are talented, curious, ambitious, interested in IT, and looking for a successful career start where you can show what you have to offer, right off the bat. At a place where you can advance quickly. More than enough offers, but how do you make the best choice? Where can you learn the most? What type of work suits you the best? And, most important: what really makes you happy?
What we offer
iTrainee helps you in your search and gives your career a successful kick-start. How do we do this? With a training programme for SAP, the most widely used business software around the world. After our selection procedure, you'll follow an intensive SAP training programme in which you'll specialise in a functional and/or technical direction while working on your consultancy skills. You'll then go and work as a trainee at the company that's best suited to your needs and ambitions. This could be a well-known organisation, like ASML or Heineken, or a consultancy firm like Deloitte or Atos. Is the collaboration a success? Then you'll have found your employer and your contract will be ready and waiting.
SAP & eSports
It makes sense that SAP feels right at home in the eSports world. As an innovative technology enterprise, SAP uses their expertise in data analysis & innovation to drive progress. With the extreme complexity and enormous amount of data points generated within games such as Dota2, LoL and CS:GO, eSports offer a great opportunity to be explored with analytics and innovation. This is where SAP excels in. To put this into practice, SAP supports Team Liquid by implementing a range of innovative technology solutions that deliver TL cutting-edge analytics to improve their overall performance in both training and in competition.
And now?

On our website, you can read everything about our trainees' experience stories: www.iTrainee.nl.
Social
Not all our events are related to gaming. We have massive communities dedicated to almost anything - from watching movies together to our summer-BBQ's and parties.
Other social events we organise include anime-nights, boardgame evenings, Tilburg Night University, poker nights, ice skating, randomly eating sushi, you name it! Oh, and we organise a Link-trip every year - for example last year we went to Prague!
Also worth mentioning is our yearly conference: The Missing Link. The aim of the conference is to link the worlds of academia, business and electronic sports.
Furthermore, we are dedicated to be the most fit student E-sports association of the Netherlands, by encouraging our members to be more active and work-out together.
